  • Newspaper Article*: He was mentioned in a newspaper article Forfar. Sudden Death. - Mr John Adamson, jun., grocer, son of ex-Councillor Adamson , died very suddenly in his house at 44 WEst High Street last night. Deceased was taken ill about seven o'clock in the evening, and expired some two-and-a-half hours later. Dr Cable was called, and examined the body. He was married, and leaves a widow and family to mourn his loss, for whom much sympathy is being expressed in their sad bereavement. on 26 January 1897.4
