    In an Action relating to the paternity of a child names William Patterson Fullerton born January 4th 1865 at the insistance of Jane Fullerton weaver, residing in Letham, against John Paterson farm servant, Balbridie near Kirriemuir this Sheriff Court of Forfarshire (Forfar District) upon the 2nd day of February 1865, found that the said child was the illegitimate child of the Parties aforesaid.
