Given under the Seal of The Board of Trade this Fourth day of June 1867 By order of the Board, registered initialled ASP, signed ... officers of the Marine Department. Entered at the General Register and Record Office of Seamen on the 5th day of June 1857, initialled JMC on 4 June 1867.2

By Order of The Board of Trade this Twenty-second day of May 1875. Countersigned M Regsitrar General, signed Thomas Gray one of the Assistant Secretaries to The Board of Trade. Registered at the Office of the Registrar General of Shipping and Seamen, initialled CEM on 22 May 1875.5
