By Order of The Board of Trade this Twenty-second day of May 1875. Countersigned M Regsitrar General, signed Thomas Gray one of the Assistant Secretaries to The Board of Trade. Registered at the Office of the Registrar General of Shipping and Seamen, initialled CEM on 22 May 1875.5
