Inscription reads Frontface: Erected by David Whitton and his wife Catherine Johnston in loving memory of their son David who died 5th November 1913 in his 29th year, also Willie who died in infancy, the above Catherine Johnston who died 21st Janaury 1935 aged 75 years, David Whitton the above named who died 19th December 1943 aged 84 years, also their daughters Elizabeth Moonie Paterson who died 28th September 1963 aged 71 years, and Mary Johnston Maiden who died 27th March 1976 aged 96 years.
