Pursuer's evidence was that the marriage took place in June, 1905. In 1906 he went to Canada, and corresponded regularly with the defender. He learned that in 1909 she went out to New Zealand, but she did not communicate her intention to him. He did not hear of her again until 1914, by which time she had returned to this country. Witness returned to Dundee in 1915, and despite a confession of misconduct in New Zealand he forgave the defender, and they lived together. She only stayed with him for three weeks, and in December, 1916, she gave birth to a child in the Maternity Hospital, Dundee. He was not the father of that child. His Lordship granted decree of divorce.3
