  • (Witness) Newspaper Article: Alexina Wade Fullerton was mentioned in a newspaper article about William Wade on 15 November 1951. DUNDEE BUSINESS MAN'S SUDDEN DEATH
    The death took place at Dundee Royal Infirmary yesterday of Mr William Wade. 61 St Alban's Terrace, Dundee, who was in business as an upholsterer at 20 Dallfield Walk.
    He had been at work as usual yesterday morning, but had closed the shop as he was not feeling well. He went to the infirmary, where he died a few hours later. He was 55.
    A member of Dundee Trades Silver Band, in which he played the euphonium, he was at practice on Tuesday night.
    A Stalybridge (Cheshire) man, he came to Dundee 20 years ago, and was employed by Messrs Fisher, Gillis & Co., cabinet makers, for 12 years. He then went into business on his own account.
    He was a member of Dundee Masonic Lodges Caledonian, Messiah Shrine, St Clement's, and St David's Royal Arch.
    Mr and Mrs Wade and their daughter moved into their new house only six weeks ago. They previously resided at 96 Hilltown.8
